Connecting people with plants!

I hold a PhD from Bharathiar University and with my team have created Mandharam as a platform for recording the plant life of Tamil Nadu. Every citizen should have general knowledge of the plants of their own state and appreciate its botanical richness. This website will help them.  

Apart from sightings and descriptions of plants, the website will also carry analysis and observations on what is happening in the world of plants in the state.

Mandharam tries to keep technical terms to a minimum. The hope is to get ordinary people interested in the subject and to deepen the knowledge of those who are already interested.
